Gianfranco De Libero offer original artworks and commissions. Each piece is custom-made and unique, crafted to meet the specific needs of the client.
Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is determined by the size of the artwork and the location where it will be installed.
- Payments are accepted only in USD via bank transfer.
- A 50% deposit is required to begin work, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion before the artwork leaves the workshop.
Shipping and Delivery
- I ship worldwide. Delivery times vary based on the shipping company and destination.
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
Returns and Refunds
- All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed.
- Commissions are definitive and cannot be canceled or refunded once the process begins.
- If the client wishes to cancel a commissioned artwork after the process has started, the initial 50% deposit will be retained as partial payment for materials and time spent. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Intellectual Property
- All rights to my artwork remain with me, Gianfranco De Libero.
- My artwork is protected under copyright laws and cannot be duplicated, either partially or in full, without my explicit permission.
Disclaimers
- My art is handmade using wood and paint. As such, slight irregularities or minimal imperfections, such as small dents, may be present.
